Matthew Pickett, has been in the industry since 2004. A graduate of Oklahoma State University’s graphic design program, his career began at Incite Advertising. Pickett joined Ghost as a graphic designer in 2004. Four years later in 2008, Matthew was named creative director. Under his direction, the Ghost creative department produced 37 award-winning projects in 2012 alone. His work has been featured on Letterhead + Logo Design 12, designworklife, For Print Only and HOW magazine.
